Heavy Triptodelic Rock. That is the only way to describe the waves of sound that pulse from 420. Emerging from the midwest city of Rockford, IL, this rock is ready to roll. With the powerful songwriting and singing of Mike Kerry, this group blends the heaviest of heavy with the tripped-out sonic sounds of experimental rock. Guitarist Tom Parrott and Pete Triolo mix different textures together, while the rythm section of John Pond and Bunj on bass and drums keep a solid backgroove. Chris Kerry rounds out the sound with percussion and backing vocals. With an EP and a full-length CD to their credit, 420 has charted nationally on over 300 college radio stations over the past year.
