1999 two guys who loved music decided to jam together. Brian Bell and Jason Dean combine Jason's tribal intense drumbeats with Brain's heavy melodic guitar grooves. Coming up with a backbone for the BushMeaT sound. A few years past and other musician had come and gone. Then in January of 2002, a guy by the name of James Mayo was singing top 40 R&B and Rock at a local karaoke bar. Bringing his pure ignorance & passion for music. Shortly after that long night of karaoke Brain, Jason, & Mayo all was members of BushMeaT. Late February of 2002 BushMeaT was searching the web for a bassist. Emailing a few local musicians in Nashville, they received an email from Adam Rogers. Adam brought his techno & industrial background to the BushMeaT team with his keyboards. Brian, Jason, Mayo, & Adam left Music City to jam in the BackWoods Metal Fest held in Kentucky. That show introduced Doug LittleJohn a bassist to BushMeaT. With the funky deep tones from his bass BushMeaT team was ! complete May 9, 2002. Brain, Jason, Mayo, Adam & Little John five different people brought together to make one BushMeaT. Remember our Motto. "If It Ain't Fun, Don't Do It"
