This relatively new Jersey metalcore band make their 11 song full-length debut here. Combine the thrashing grooves and brutality of bands like All Out War and early VOD, add the twisted metal riffing of early Converge and “Beyond” era Cave In, and add some melodic interludes and then go back and forth between all 3 styles between almost every song. I can hear an Overcast influence throughout the record as well in their style of songwriting. The vocals vary from a deep death growl to emotional melodic singing. Features Alexis, former vocalist from Burnside. Oh yeah, and they even do a cover of “River Runs Red” from Life Of Agony |
